You will need to grind the crankcase to fit the new cylinder sleeves.  On late Styled B (pressed steel frame), you will NOT come thru the side of the case on either side.  If you select the 6.125” bore (coming soon), it will poke thru pulley side and you’ll need a patch.

 

If used with stock stroke crankshaft, only clearance at top and bottom of crankcase is required.  Side clearance not required as sleeves are clearanced to miss the sides of the case.
